Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Extractly, we want you to be satisfied with our Service. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which you may be eligible for a refund and the process for requesting one. All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our authorized reseller and merchant of record.

2. Subscription Plans

  • Monthly Plans: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your plan's features and credits until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.
  • Annual Plans: Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund within the first 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable. Cancellation stops auto-renewal at the end of the current annual term.

3. Credit Packs

One-time credit pack purchases are non-refundable. Purchased credits never expire.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at ranausman@outlook.com with the following information:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • The reason for your refund request
  • Your Paddle transaction or order ID (found in your billing receipt)

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a decision within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed by Paddle and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your payment method, depending on your bank.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or credit card provider, your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any billing concerns.

6. Free Tier

The Free plan requires no payment information and has no charges. No refund applies.

7. Exceptions

We may offer refunds beyond this policy in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion, such as proven service unavailability or failure to deliver core functionality.
