Local business leads with owner contacts — fresh, on demand

Stop buying static lists where 40% of emails already bounce. Describe the businesses you want — 'med spas in Miami', 'dental practices in Phoenix', 'plumbers in Brooklyn' — and we crawl the actual websites to extract owner names, direct emails, services, and pricing in minutes.

  • Fresh data — every lead crawled live, not pulled from a stale list
  • Owner names + direct emails for ~38% of small business sites
  • Targets by vertical, city, services offered, business size
  • CSV export ready for HubSpot, Apollo, Salesforce, or cold email

How it works

  1. 1Describe who you want — vertical + city + any qualifier (size, services, specialty).
  2. 2We pull listings from OSM + aggregators and crawl each website for owner contacts.
  3. 3Get a CSV with every lead, owner email, and source page — usually in under 20 minutes.

Common use cases

  • Cold outreach for an agency selling marketing services to local clinics
  • Building a vertical SaaS launch list (every salon in 10 cities)
  • B2B sales prospecting where Apollo's database is too SaaS-heavy
  • Local-events sales — every restaurant within 5 miles of a venue
  • Franchise expansion research — competitor coverage by metro
  • Investor / acquisition research — every business of a certain type in a region

FAQ

Where do the local business leads come from?

Three sources, blended in real time: OpenStreetMap (the open data source most local-business directory sites use), aggregator pages from Yelp / Yellow Pages / BBB, and direct website crawling for owner contacts. We don't sell a static list — every lead is pulled fresh when you run a search, so the data reflects the business's current website, not a 12-month-old snapshot.

How specific can the targeting get?

City + industry is the baseline ('plumbers in Brooklyn'). You can go more specific — 'family dental practices in Phoenix with 1-3 dentists', 'med spas in Miami offering Botox', 'salons in Austin under 5 employees'. The AI matches your description against website content, so vague firmographic filters Apollo can't do (specialty, services offered, vibe) work natively here.

What's the difference between this and buying a leads list?

Bought lists are static, often resold to dozens of buyers, and 30–60% of the emails bounce because the data is months or years old. We crawl websites the moment you ask, so every email comes from a page that exists today. You also see the source, the crawl date, and the exact page each field came from — auditable, not a black box.

How many leads can I generate per month?

Free tier: 50 leads/month, no credit card. Starter: $9 for 250. Pro: $29 for 1,000. Growth: $79 for 4,000. Business: $249 for 15,000. Unused leads roll over for one month so a slow week doesn't waste your credits.

Can I get leads for a niche industry?

Yes. We've successfully pulled leads for: dental practices, medical offices, salons, barbershops, gyms, yoga studios, restaurants, cafés, law firms, real estate brokerages, plumbing contractors, HVAC contractors, landscaping companies, accounting firms, dog groomers, tattoo studios, photographers, and roughly 40 other verticals. If the business has a website, we can extract it.

Do I get owner contact info or just generic business info?

Both, when published. About 38% of small business sites publish at least one named owner or manager with a direct email. For the rest, you get the general business email, phone, address, and contact-form URL. We label each contact so you know which leads have direct-decision-maker info.
